Irielle is an AI intake concierge that helps businesses collect and qualify website inquiries. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

For business owners: account details (name, email), business profile, and billing information processed by Stripe. For visitors: the answers you submit through an intake flow, and — if you request a callback — your name, phone number, consent record, and a transcript of the call.

How we use it

Visitor submissions are used to generate a structured lead profile, a score, and a brief for the business you contacted. That business receives your inquiry. We do not sell personal data.

Voice calls

Callbacks happen only after you explicitly request one and accept consent. Irielle discloses she is an AI assistant. Calls may be transcribed; we store transcripts rather than raw audio by default. We never make cold outbound calls.

Data isolation & retention

Each business’s data is isolated with row-level security and is private to that account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the business that collected it, or us directly.
