By using Irielle you agree to these terms. Irielle provides AI-assisted intake, lead scoring, and notifications for your website visitors.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile and for complying with the laws that apply to your communications, including consent and disclosure rules for automated calls and messages in your markets.
Plans, usage & billing
Plans include monthly limits on form leads, voice minutes, and callbacks. Voice callback is available only on Voice and Pro plans. Voice minutes are capped; callback pauses when minutes are exhausted while form intake continues. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not use Irielle for cold outbound calling, spam, or to collect sensitive information you are not authorized to handle. Irielle does not collect payment card data by voice.
AI output
Lead scores and briefs are decision-support tools, not guarantees. The numeric score is rule-based; AI generates summaries and suggested replies. Always apply your own judgment.
Termination
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. On cancellation, premium features become inactive at the end of the current period.
